Since 2001, Greatwood Training Center has helped residents of Sugar Land and Fort Bend County lose weight, lose belly fat, and tone their muscles.

Greatwood Training Center is a small family-friendly gym designed for everyday people looking to get in shape without the hassles of a big box gym. The gym started as a personal training studio with three degreed, certified personal trainers and a handful of clients.

Using the success of our clients as walking, talking billboards—our only form of marketing—we have expanded three times.  Our newest space allows us to provide memberships to residents of Sugar Land and Fort Bend County who need to get fit and get home. We are still owned and operated by personal trainers, and do not have a sales department.

So come as you are, we don’t judge. We are not a gym for bodybuilders and fitness models.  Most of our new members and clients haven’t set foot in a gym for years…if ever.
