Semi-Private/Small Group Training

Those who sweat together get fit together.  Train with a partner or in a group of 4-6 people.  Lose weight and belly fat while toning your arms, hips, and thighs in a fast-paced team atmosphere that is fun and challenging.

 Private Training

Train one-on-one with a trainer who will tailor a workout to meet your specific goals, physical abilities and/or limitations.

Pilates

Private and Semi-Private classes on the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda chairs, with a comprehensively trained Peak Instructor or Stott-Certified Instructor.

Spray Tanning

Have a golden tan without the skin cancer.  Services provided by A Tropical Haven.
